Save Rohingya Lives: Bradford (UK) Demonstration Against Genocide in Arakan, Myanmar

Bradford, UK, 18th August 2024 – The Rohingya Centre of the United Kingdom (RCUK) is organising a pivotal demonstration to raise awareness and demand action against the ongoing genocide in Arakan, Myanmar. The event is scheduled for Saturday, 24th August 2024, from 1:00 PM at Bradford City Centre, BD1 1HX.

The demonstration aims to:

  • Highlight the severe humanitarian crisis faced by the Rohingya people.
  • Expose the crimes against humanity committed by the Arakan Army and Burmese Military against the Rohingya.
  • Demand immediate international intervention to end the genocide and the killing of innocent Rohingya in Arakan.

With a significant Rohingya community residing in Bradford, this event aims to unite individuals and organisations in solidarity to raise their voices against the atrocities perpetrated by the Arakan Army and Burmese Military in Myanmar.

We invite all members of the public, community leaders, and activists to join us in this critical effort to support the Rohingya people and advocate for their safety and justice.
