About RCUK

Safeguarding the rights and well-being of the Rohingya people forced to flee for decades.

RCUK, the Rohingya Organisation, is the first-ever organisation of its kind established in the UK. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety, dignity, and rights of the Rohingya community. Through our advocacy and strategic efforts, we work towards sustainable solutions for the challenges they face, striving to create a more secure and equitable future for Rohingya refugees worldwide.

As a leading organisation, we make a meaningful impact through a range of social initiatives and humanitarian aid, addressing both immediate needs and long-term solutions. Our commitment is to empower the Rohingya community, supporting their integration and rebuilding their lives, both locally and globally.

Our vision is a world where every Rohingya individual, forced to flee their homeland, can rebuild their life with dignity, safety, and the opportunity to thrive.

Formally known as the Rohingya Centre of United Kingdom, RCUK was established to support the Rohingya community, who have been displaced and forced to flee their homeland due to persecution, violence, systematic discrimination and genocide.

Today, RCUK works across the UK and internationally, providing humanitarian assistance, including education, food, legal aid, and support services for Rohingya refugees and those affected by the ongoing crisis. We defend their right to safety, advocating for the recognition of their rights and working towards a future where they can rebuild their lives with dignity.
